IMAGECART TERMS OF SERVICE Last updated: 11/16/2025 By using ImageCart (“we”, “us”, “our”) and placing an order, you agree to these terms covering purchases, cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds. 1. Made-to-order products 1.1 All products are made to order based on your chosen design, product type, color, and size. 1.2 Because each item is produced individually, products are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges. 2. Order review and cancellation window 2.1 You must review order details (design, size, color, quantity, shipping address, etc.) before checkout. 2.2 You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production has not started. 2.3 If production has begun within that 24-hour window, cancellation may not be possible. 2.4 After 24 hours, orders are final and cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded except as described in Section 4 (Damaged, defective, or misprinted items). 3. No returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse 3.1 Because products are custom made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds when: (a) You ordered the wrong size, color, or product type; (b) You changed your mind or no longer want the product; (c) The product matches the description and images but does not fit personal preferences (e.g., thickness, feel, style). 3.2 Review size charts, product descriptions, and previews carefully before ordering. 4. Damaged, defective, or misprinted items 4.1 If an item is damaged, defective, or misprinted compared to what you ordered, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. 4.2 Contact us within 30 days from the delivery date shown by the carrier. 4.3 Include: (a) your order number; (b) clear photos showing the issue; (c) if multiple items are affected, a photo showing them together when possible. 4.4 We generally do not require returns of damaged or misprinted items but may request more information or photos to verify. 4.5 If the issue is confirmed, we will either: (a) send a free replacement; or (b) issue a refund to the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion. 4.6 We are not responsible for issues caused by: (a) low-resolution or poor-quality designs uploaded by you; (b) minor color differences between your screen and the final product; (c) minor print placement or size variations within reasonable tolerance. 5. Shipping issues and lost packages 5.1 If your order is significantly late after the estimated delivery date, contact us to investigate. 5.2 If the carrier or our fulfillment partner confirms a package is lost, we may provide a replacement or refund at our discretion. 5.3 If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package: (a) check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office; (b) we may refuse a free replacement or refund if tracking shows delivery to the address provided. 5.4 We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. We generally do not provide refunds or replacements solely due to delay. 6. Incorrect or undeliverable address 6.1 You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. 6.2 If an order is returned or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address you provided: (a) we may offer to reship to a corrected address at your expense; and (b) refunds or cancellations in such cases are at our sole discretion. 7. Product description, color, and print tolerance 7.1 We strive to display product images and colors accurately but cannot guarantee perfect matches to your device’s display. 7.2 Normal variations in color, print tone, or print placement for print-on-demand are not considered defects. 7.3 Small variations in print placement (e.g., within approximately 0.5 inches) are acceptable and not eligible for replacement or refund. 8. Limitation of liability 8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our responsibility for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to: (a) replacing the product; or (b) the amount you actually paid for the product, as determined by us under these terms. 8.2 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products. 9. Changes to these terms 9.1 We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place your order applies to that order.
